Residents in Fresno's Tower District are clashing with the homeless. Some residents say many of the homeless have moved into their area after camps were cleared in downtown Fresno. Barbara Chacon is a retired widow. She has lived in the Tower District for 45 years and says she has never had any problems until now. Homeless camps are in her neighborhood and she fear for her safety. The property where the homeless camp is along Weber just South of Olive Avenue. The land is owned by the Union Pacific Railroad. City officials have alerted the railroad and are waiting for a response.
