Madera County is one step closer to moving medical Marijuana grows indoors.
In a unanimous vote tonight, the board approved the first reading of a proposed ordinance
that would allow medical Marijuana users to grow Marijuana in no more than 100 square feet of space
on property they own and live on.
In addition the grows would have to be indoors, and no taller than six feet.
A final vote on the ordinance is slated for March 13th.
