The city of Dos Palos is currently experiencing a water outage.
Residents are once again without running water due to emergency maintenance.
City officials have confirmed that the demand for water was more than the water plant could supply.
The first outage occurred Saturday evening and was restored around 3a.m. Sunday morning. However, officials say the water is now back out since around 11a.m. and may not be restored until 8p.m. Sunday.
City officials are telling residents to boil any water coming through the tap at this point until notified otherwise.
Officials have said that they expect this to be an on-going issue because the supply is much to low to meet demands for the city.
The Dos Palos Police Department has confirmed that free bottles of water will be passed out at the City Council Chambers, 1546 Golden Gate Ave.
