Two suspects are in custody for a gang-related shooting in Fresno.
21-year-old David Garcia was arrested Monday and a 16-year-old boy was taken into custody on Tuesday.
They're accused of shooting a rival gang member back on April 14th in the area of Modoc and Oleander, near Fresno's Chandler Airport.
The man was shot in the arm and hip and survived his injuries.
