The attorney for reality TV star Kasey Kahl responded Tuesday night to new details about his Fresno arrest. Kahl, who is a Clovis native, was arrested early Sunday morning outide Club Habanos in Northwest Fresno. According to a Fresno Police report released Tuesday, Kahl was drunk and got into a fight with a woman's boyfriend outside the club. In the report, the woman told police she was hit in the face while trying to get Kahl off her boyfriend. Kahl says he was the one who was attacked by the couple. CBS47 interviewed his attorney over the phone Tuesday night. Speaking from Bakersfield, Mark Anthony Raimondo said: "We're confident when all the facts are brought forth that Kasey will be completely vindicated in the situation. There's no charges filed and I think this is just a case of someone looking to grab their 15 minutes of fame. Very Jersey Shore-like if you ask me."
