Fresno's downtown ice skating rink hosted kids from the Children's Hospital's Adaptive Sports Program Monday night.
The skating rink at Fresno's Fulton Mall gave kids with special needs an opportunity to enjoy Christmas music while having fun on the ice.
Pediatric surgeon, Dr. Adam Gorra said, "It's amazing to see these kids out here on the ice. Even a child who can't skate, we can push them around in a wheelchair and they can listen to the Christmas music and they're having a great time."
The program is free and is supported by volunteers and donations.
