CBS47 On Your Side Collection Drive

Join CBS47, The Fresno Rescue Mission, Spirit 88.9 and the On Your Side Companies for the On Your Side Collection Drive on Wednesday, November 14th to help our neighbors in need.

The Fresno Rescue Mission needs everything from food, to toys and household items. They not only provide food and overnight shelter for the homeless but they also have recovery programs to meet the physical, education and spiritual needs of men, women and children in our community.

In an effort to help the Fresno Rescue Mission get ready for Thanksgiving, CBS47 teamed up with them to collect donations of food, clothing, diapers, toiletries and monetary donations as well. 

People of the Central Valley can show their support by bringing donations to the On Your Side Collection Drive at the CBS47 Studios from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. CBS47 is located at 4880 N. First Street, across from Fashion Fair Mall. There will be volunteers to take your donations so you don't even need to get out of your car.

Turkey

Ham

Sugar

Salt

Bread

Condensed Milk

Flour

Instant potatoes

Dressing packets

Cooking oil

Punch & lemonade

Pies: pumpkin, apple, cream

Canned vegetables (green beans, corn, mixed vegetables)

Cranberry sauce

Whole eggs

Yams or sweet potatoes

Coffee

Healthy Snacks 100% juice drinks for kids

Children's chewable vitamins & Women's multi vitamins

Children's shoes, socks and underwear

Water bottles

Over-the-counter medications: pain reliever, allergy relief (non-drowsy) & cough syrup (without alcohol)

Bibles (Spanish translation - full version  or NT version only)

New, unwrapped toys for children toddler to teen
