Wanted suspect hiding out on rooftop

Police served a warrant on 27-year-old David Sanchez at a home near Palm and Belmont but had to get him to come down from the roof first.
 
Sanches resisted arrest, barricading himself inside the home. He hid in the attic and then somehow made his way to the roof.

Police finally got him to surrender and took him into custody.

A school in the area was also briefly placed on lockdown.
