Update on the Case Against Tulare's Police Chief

         The case against Tulare's Police Chief will now be handled by the Kern County District Attorney.
         Officers arrested Jerry Breckinridge over the weekend, after an argument with his girlfriend.
         Breckinridge has been Tulare's Police Chief since 2009.
