T-Mobile made things right Thursday, with a Fresno mom who found pornographic images on a refurbished phone.

T-Mobile sent her a refurbished phone to replace one that was no longer working.
But, Rubio said her 11-year-old daughter discovered explicit images in the phone's photo gallery.
T-Mobile did contact us to tell us it's overnighted Rubio a brand new, and upgraded phone.
It also said it will continue to look into what happened.
