A murder suspect is in custody after a swat standoff in North Fresno.
39-year-old Jesse Aguilar is in the Fresno County Jail Wednesday.
He's accused of the murder and the attempted murder of a father and son on New Year's Day.
The suspect barricaded himself in the Summerfield Inn Motel in Fresno, off Blackstone and Sierra Avenues.
