A new gun law is driving some gun manufactures out of California.
The state law requires semi-automatic pistols to have a "unique" microstamp on guns.
Smith and Wesson announced it would not include the stamp and therefore, will not be selling new semi-automatic pistols in the state.
Certififed gun dealer Barry Bauer said this will hurt both the gun market and gun owners.
Bauer said other manufacturers plan to make the same move.
Earlier this month, Ruger also announced it wouldn't stamp its guns.
