Merced police are still looking for two men who tried to rob an In-N-Out Burger late Sunday night.
Witnesses say the men walked into the restaurant wearing ski masks and acted like they had guns under their shirts.
When a witness saw they did not have gun, he confronted them and was struck in the face.
The men ran off without taking any cash.
