We have new information about an officer involved shooting Monday night.
Fresno police say a group of gang members fired at an off-duty officer who returned fire, hitting two of the suspects. It was originally believed that three suspects were wounded.
The shooting happened around 8:20 p.m. Monday night at Cedar and Butler just down the street from the police substation in southeast Fresno. The veteran officer managed to hit two of the suspects who were later dropped off at the hospital.
All of the suspects are believed to be Bulldog gang members.
