Holiday Healthy Eating Tips

        Here are some tips, to eat healthy over the holidays.

        Gravies and dressings usually have lots of butter and fat, and try to avoid vegetable casseroles.
        
        Make some vegetables, but leave out the butter, cream, and oil. Those are all going to be places where you can save calories.

        If your thinking is, this is just a once or twice a year indulgence. Then have a small spoon of everything and you'll end up having a full plate and you'll end up feeling very full when you're done.

        If drinks are being served, for every glass of alcohol have 16 ounces of water.
