Fresno State held its 7th annual "Dog Bowl" Saturday which included an ice cream eating contest.
The free event was open to the public and highlights products produced by students and faculty.
The winner of the contest was the "Garbage Guts".
"Oh it was great we didn't care if we won or not, Fresno State ice cream is the best in town," says Bruce Henderson a member of the winning team.
Over a dozen teams competed in the event.
The winners were given a trophy and gift basket full of products from the newly built Gibson Market the contest was followed by a wine and food tasting.
