Two people are arrested on drug charges.
Victor Castaneda and Rosendo Zavala were arrested for possession of drugs and being under the influence.

The Tulare Sheriff’s Department says when they knocked on the door Victor Castaneda answered the door holding a baggy of methamphetamine in his hand.
Rosendo Zavala was at the residence and detained for being under the influence of a controlled substance.
After a further search half an ounce of methamphetamine and a scale were located.
