"We are going to find a lagoon in there, put the anchor out and swim and eat and have fun," said boater Tammy Winiger.

"Bathing, getting a tan or in there swimming with their children or with their family and friends it's definitely an increase in visitation once the temperatures reach the 90's," said Park Ranger Mark De Leon.
In Fresno the mercury touched 102 at the airport, breaking the previous record of 100 set in 1987 and leaving many planning to celebrate mother’s day in the sun rethinking their plans.
