The investigation continues on an accident that left a man dead early this morning.
The accident happened around 3:30 on Highway 99 at Meritt Drive near Traver.
Juan Garcia was driving south on Highway 99, when he hit a man walking on the highway.
The man died at the scene and has yet to be identified.
Highway 99 was closed for three hours during the investigation and officers are determing if drugs or alcohol played a role in the accident.
