A 14 year old from Dinuba is arrested with multiple weapons in his possession.
During a traffic stop on Saturday Orange Cove investigators say a 14 year old juvenile gang member had a loaded 22 caliber long rifle, a replica Sub Machine Gun, latex gloves and head coverings.
