Porterville police arrested a 28-year-old woman for attempted murder and DUI.
Officers were called to a home on West Morton Avenue around 10:00 a.m. Wednesday morning.
They say the woman rammed her SUV into the fence several times and then started hitting a woman who lives at the home, threatening to kill her.
The woman ran inside and the suspect started breaking windows.
Police arrived and took her into custody.
The victim will be okay.
