In the north valley, two other teens are under arrest for a murder in Los Banos earlier this month.
On March 4th, four people were shot in the garage of a home on La Mesa Lane.
18-year-old Shane Thomas Moore of Gustine was killed.
A 15-year-old and a 17-year-old have been arrested and charged with his death. 1:28-40
"They're both documented gang members in Los Banos and they are both known by our gang detectives for prior gang related calls," Commander Rey Reyna of the Los Banos Police Department said.
Investigators believe the 17 year old fired the shots, the fifteen year old went with him to committ the crime and now both are facing murder charges.
