Suspects involved in the Manchester Mall shooting are now in custody today.
Police in Northern California arrested 28-year-old Reginald Taylor and 21-year-old Abel Price this morning in Humboldt County.
Police believe Taylor was the gunman in a shooting earlier this month that serioulsy injured a bystander.
It started with an argument in a barber shop.
A S.W.A.T. team took the men into custody in a coordinated effort this morning.
"The S.W.A.T team did what is referred to as a surround and call out. Approximately 20-minutes after they responded. Both Abel Price and Regginald Taylor surrendered to authorities," Fresno Police Chief Jerry Dyer said.
Another woman involved in the case was also arrested shortly after the incident.
