Former Fresno Mayor Alan Autry says he will not return to politics... at least not this year.
Autry was asked about running for Michael Rubio's seat in the State Senate.
Autry says he has several movie projects and other commitments right now but may consider a run for the seat next year.
A special election for Rubio's seat happens in May.
