A man Tulare County with ties to two student band groups now faces some very serious charges.
22-year-old Franco Toledo of Woodville was arrested following an investigation that began in late September.
Toledo has been under investigation since the Tulare County Sheriff's Department got a report that Toledo may have sexually assaulted a young boy.
Toledo was a volunteer with a couple of South Valley bands at Granite Hills High School, and Pioneer Middle School. He also worked with the Porterville Unified School District through the Youth Experience Success program.
Sheriff's investigators are going back three years to try and find out if any other young people might have been involved with the suspect.
