Giants fans flooded the streets in San Francisco following Sunday night's big win.

Thousands of enthusiastic fans watched the Giants sweep the World Series on a Jumbotron near San Francisco City Hall.

The crowd grew larger and rowdier as the night went on.

After the final pitch, someone set off some fireworks, other people began smashing bottles, running through the streets, and setting small fires.

Police had most of the troublemakers rounded up by early Monday morning.

The party was not just in the Bay Area. The Giants win sent hundreds of fans at Chukchansi Park in downtown Fresno into a frenzy as well.

14 of the 25 players on the Giants roster have played in Fresno for the Grizzlies, which may be why so many local fans have such a strong connection to the World Series Champs.

Many people in the Valley will most likely make their way to the Bay Area on Wednesday for the World Series Parade to honor the Giants. The parade begins at 11:00 a.m. along Market Street.
