One of the three people arrested in Clovis for identity theft is facing additional charges.
31-year-old Richard Plum was was taken into custody Tuesday with another man and a woman.
When arrested, Plumb claimed to be a man named Michael Munschy. Munschy's photograph was then sent out to the media by Clovis Police Department and was aired on CBS47 as well as other television stations. We regret the error and want to emphasize that Munschy had nothing to do with the alleged crimes.
Plumb is now facing charges of impersonating Munchy as well as the original charges of identity theft.
