A Fresno Unified employee is out of a job after she snaps scandalous photos of herself inside the school library.

The Homan Elementary School library tech is out of a job after those pictures they later surfaced.

Parents at Homan Elementary just found out about the situation after CBS47 started asking questions.

30-year-old Crystal Hernandez, a former library tech at Homan Elementary, admitted to CBS47 that she took topless pictures in the school library.

Hernandez was placed on paid administrative leave after her former live-in boyfriend delivered the photos to Fresno Unified.

The boyfriend wishes to remain anonymous but told CBS47 he notified the school and Fresno Unified about the photos a month and a half ago.

One parent told CBS47, "I said I'm a parent I should have the right to know what's going on at my kids' school, and they said, 'well we can't tell you anything we don't know anything.'"

In a written statement to CBS47, Fresno Unified School District said, "The Fresno Unified School District takes these allegations extremely seriously. As is the district's normal procedure, the employee was immediately placed on paid administrative leave during the investigation. The employee no longer works for our district."

Fresno Unified School District would not say when Hernandez was put on leave or whether she quit or was fired.

There are no criminal charges pending.
