A follow up to an incident in Clovis several weeks ago that left three people dead.
The Fresno County Coroner's Office has released the toxicology report on 40-year old Christoper Machado.
It shows that he was not under the influence of drugs or alcohol when he shot his mother and his neighbor.
73-year old Edith Machado, and 60-year old Vernon Lindsay were killed on April 12th.
Christopher Machado was later shot and killed when he confronted Clovis Police.
Before shooting His mother and the neighbor, Machado reportedly shot into a nearby nunnery.
