Gustine Murder Investigation

The Merced County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 46yearold David Franklin at a home on Wallis Avenue near Grove Ave in Gustine on Friday.

Officers say they found a 34 year old woman dead inside that home.

Officers say Franklin is the one who first called them.

Franklin is now being held on homicide charges.
