A teenager is shot to death in Madera. Police say they are seeing a spike in gang-related violence. Officers say three teenage boys are suspects in a shooting outside a Carls Jr. Restaurant on Madera Avenue and Lewis Street. The Unidentified victim died on the way to the hospital. Investigators say the three suspects tried to get away by attempting to carjack an innocent bystander. Two of the suspects were taken into custody and they are still searching for the third one. Madera Police say they have seen a spike in gang-related violence over the past six months.
