Fresno Police have arrested one of the top 5 auto thieves in the city.
33-year old Francisco De La Rosa was taken into custody on outstanding warrants
Officers spotted him sitting on a bus bench in Central Fresno.
De La Rosa was arrested without incident, and reportedly told officers he
was "tired of running" from law enforcement.
