FUSD and Teachers Work Toward Union Agreement

        Fresno Unified continues to work with its teachers to come up with a union agreement.
        The district gave us an update on the proposals.
        They include an 8.2 percent salary increase over three years.
        Teachers who choose to work at one of the 40 schools listed in the school improvement program will get even more.
        5th and 6th grade combination classes will be eliminated and there will be two classified aides for every elementary school.
