Isis Frausto-Vicencio is at the top of her class at set to intern at NASA. She'll be studying ancient rocks from extreme locations, work that could help future projects on Mars. Isis was also recently awarded the Jack Kent Cooke Transfer Scholarship. She's one of 85 students in the country to win the prestigious scholarship. It'll give her $30,000 a year for 3 years, funding her education at the university of her choice. Isis says it took a lot of hard work to get this far and she plans to become a research scientist.
