18-year-old Rodolfo Moguel is behind bars after Hanford Police say he returned to the scene of a crime to retrieve his lost cell phone. Investigators say Moguel tried to break into a home early Thursday morning but was startled by the homeowners. They say he escaped by breaking through a fence and lost his cell phone in the process. 2 hours later, the victims say, Moguel returned, knocked on the door and asked for the phone. Officers showed up moments later and arrested the teen. He was booked into the Kings County Jail on burglary charges. He was also treated for a 12-inch laceration to the head.
