Fresno Mayor Presents 2015 Budget Proposal

        At Thursday's City Council meeting, Fresno Mayor Ashley Swearengin presented her 2015 budget proposal.
        The mayor says her 287 million dollar proposal will improve public safety, and have more money in the city coffers.
        The proposed budget also includes more police cadets, firefighters and dispatchers.
        The mayor also wants to set money aside for a cash reserve.
        The fiscal year begins July 1st.
