CHP is investigating after a tractor trailer collided with an Amtrak
train.
It happened around 8:30 p.m. Saturday at Winton Way and Santa Fe Drive in the
town of Winton.
A load of Lays potato chips were scattered all over the roadway.
According to CHP, a passenger in the tractor trailer was injured.
No other injuries were reported.
According to a spokesperson for Amtrak, the train involved runs from San
Francisco to San Diego.
There were 56 passengers onboard.
None of them were hurt.
The train was delayed due to damages.
