Fresno State Students Could Face Fee Hike

        Students at Fresno State could face another fee hike.
        This comes despite a tuition freeze at California's Universities.
        The school could levy what's called a "success fee" on students.
        Several other CSU schools have already done so.
        Administrators said it's to help with finances, in the face of state budget cuts.
