Police are asking for help after a man was found shot to death in Southwest Fresno.
Officers were called to Lotus Avenue near Lorena around 8:30 Sunday morning.
A 21-year-old man had been shot outside of a home there.
He died at the scene.
Police said the crime is gang related.
