Helping Kids Drop Junk Food

        Healthy Stores for a Healthy Community kicked off Wednesday.
        The local campaign is spearheaded by the Fresno County Health Department.
        They want shoppers to be aware of marketing in stores that promote unhealthy products like junk food.
        The group said those products affect our health and contribute to the country's high obesity rate.
