It happened just after 12:30 in the afternoon, at the China To Go restaurant at Fowler and Ashlan Avenues.
A man driving a Dodge Neon hit the accelerator instead of the brake and drove into the front of the restaurant.
Several people were inside.
One person had a minor hand injury.
The driver was taken to Clovis Community for observation.
