Fresno's Career Criminal Auto Theft team has arrested one of the city's top auto thieves, again.
Ralph Jasso was arrested this morning in Sanger
He's being held on over one million dollars worth of outstanding warrants.
CBS47 was the only station there earlier this month when Jasso was taken into custody
at the parking garage at Community Regional Medical Center.
He was caught with one of three vehicles stolen from Lithia Nissan in Fresno.
Jasso was soon released due to jail overcrowding.
