The name of the man found shot dead Tuesday morning in Fresno was released.
Police said he is 43-year-old John Williams. Williams was found shot around 3:30 this morning on Florence near G street.
They said a driver called them after spotting the man in the road. They found the man and what appeared to be his bike.
He was taken to c-r-m-c but he died.
Investigators have been working to piece together what happened. Crews looked for evidence related to the murder.
Police don't know why the man was shot.
