They're asking for feedback from the community.
The 68-billion dollar railway from Southern California to the Bay Area.
It would include a 29 mile stretch from Fresno to Madera. That section will cost 987-million to build.
It's expected to create new jobs and cut down on air pollution.
Opponents of the project are worried that they will be forced off their land through emminent domain.
Farmland will disappear to make way for the track. There are 380 properties effected in the area some have already signed contracts to sell their land.
