Major Copper Wire Theft

        Fresno Police said they've arrested a man who stole copper wire from city street lights.
        Officers arrested 51-year-old Sammy Cooper Sunday morning.
        They said he had taken enough copper wire to power about one mile of street lights.
        Investigators tell us that the wires were taken from street lights around town.
