Monsignor Cotta Moving Up

        Monsignor Myron Cotta of the Diocese of Fresno will be moving up.
        He filled in as Administrator of the Diocese following the death of Bishop John Steinbock.
        Pope Francis has appointed Monsignor Cotta to the position of Auxillary Bishop of the Diocese of Sacramento.
        Monsignor Cotta is currently the Vicar General of the Fresno Diocese.
        He will be ordained as Bishop in March in Sacramento.
