New Helmets to May Provide Better Protection

        Researchers have designed a new type of football helmet to protect players brains. It uses fluid packets instead of foam padding.
        Researchers say the packs can absorb up to five times the impact of traditional padding.
        They can also protect the brain from hits that come from the side.
        The helmet is still in the early stages of development and nothing has been tested on humans yet.
