Keenan Paul was a Fresno City College student who was hit and killed by a train on the first day of class. Family and friends of Paul gathered on Saturday to remember the life of the young man. Now Keenan's sister and friends say they believe measures should be taken to make sure this type of accident does not repeat itself.
