Fresno County is granted millions to upgrade its jail

        The state has awarded Fresno County 79-million dollars to upgrade its jail. But, building the upgrade will take years. 
        Plans call for classrooms for substance abuse, and continuing education programs.
        Two other counties will also receive money for more jail space.
        Kings County is getting 20-million dollars and Tulare County is getting 40-million to replace its existing men's correctional facility.
