Home Instead Fresno is taking nominations for seniors in the valley making a difference.
"Seniors have so much to give and make a positive impact on our communities daily," said David Phillips, owner of the Home Instead Senior Care office serving greater Fresno and Madera Counties. "Senior volunteerism not only benefits others, but also helps seniors stay active and socially engaged in their communities - important elements of healthy aging."
Home Instead, Inc. will donate $500 to each of the state winners' to a non-profit charity of their choice. In addition, $5,000 will be donated to the national winner's designated and approved nonprofit charity.
The nomination deadline is March 1.
